So much of life is spent chasing.

The next achievement.
The next adventure.
The next answer.

But what if the greatest gifts in life are not something we achieve…

What if they are something we receive?

I reflect on the quiet beauty of becoming open to the moments God places before us every day—moments of wonder, peace, encouragement, and hope that are so easily missed when life becomes busy.

I've learned that some of life's most meaningful encounters cannot be planned. They arrive unexpectedly: a lion appearing through the grass, an elephant stepping into perfect light, a butterfly resting just long enough to remind us to slow down.

These are the moments I believe are orchestrated.

I don't believe I'm simply photographing animals.

I believe I'm photographing reminders.

Reminders that beauty still surrounds us.
Reminders that God is still present.
Reminders that we are invited not only to seek life, but to receive it with gratitude and wonder
