The Courage to Surrender
 
There comes a moment in every life when pushing harder is no longer the answer.
A moment when strength is found not in striving, but in trust.
Not in control, but in surrender.
Watching these young lions resting together, I was struck by their complete ease. They were not concerned with what came next. They were not forcing the future into existence. They simply occupied the moment they had been given.
How different life might feel if we learned to do the same.
To loosen our grip on outcomes.
To release the burdens we were never meant to carry alone.
To trust that not every path needs to be forced open.
Sometimes surrender is not giving up.
Sometimes surrender is finally giving over.
And making space for God to lead where our own strength cannot
